1. Acceptance of Terms

By using the Together Prosperity Private Limited website ("Site") and our services ("Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use our Site or Services.

2. Description of Services

We provide Blockchain Technology, Cyber Security, Internet of Things (IoT), Artificial Intelligence & Machine Learning (AI/ML), Data Science, Full-Stack Development, and Digital Marketing solutions (the "Services") to government bodies, PSUs, enterprises, and startups.

3. Free Demo Terms

Where we offer a ₹0 free demo, the following additional terms apply:

• The demo is provided entirely free of cost, with no obligation to proceed to a paid engagement.
• Demo scope is capped at 5 working days or 20 hours, whichever is earlier.
• The demo is for evaluation purposes only and does not include production deployment or any service-level commitment.
• A signed Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) is required before any demo access or data sharing takes place.
• Any full pilot or commercial engagement following a demo will be governed by a separate, mutually signed agreement setting out scope, timelines, deliverables, and commercial terms.

4. Intellectual Property Rights

• Our Content: All content on this Site, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Together Prosperity Private Limited or its content suppliers and is protected by Indian and international copyright laws.
• Use License: You may access and use the Site for your personal or internal business purposes. You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Site strictly in accordance with these Terms.
• User Content: Any content you submit to us (e.g., project descriptions, feedback) remains your intellectual property, but by submitting it, you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free license to use it for the purpose of providing the Services to you. We will not share your confidential project details with third parties.

5. User Representations

By using the Site, you represent and warrant that you have the legal capacity and you agree to comply with these Terms.

6. Confidentiality

As part of our engagement, we may have access to your confidential information. We agree to hold such information in strict confidence and not to disclose it to any third party, except as required by law or as necessary to perform the Services. This obligation shall survive the termination of these Terms.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL TOGETHER PROSPERITY PRIVATE LIMITED BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM: (I) YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF OR INABILITY TO ACCESS OR USE THE SITE OR SERVICES; (II) ANY CONDUCT OR CONTENT OF ANY THIRD PARTY ON THE SITE; (III) ANY CONTENT OBTAINED FROM THE SITE; OR (IV) UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS, USE, OR ALTERATION OF YOUR TRANSMISSIONS OR CONTENT.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any dispute arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka.
